Bannaventa Terms of Service.
Bannaventa Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 12587261.
Our registered office is at 50 Brook Lane Northampton NN5 7HH. This should not be used for any returned items.
This agreement is applicable between you, the Customer/User of this site and the owners of the site Bannaventa Ltd (trading as Bannaventa Coffee Co.)
Your first use and interaction with this website deems you bound by our terms and conditions. When you place an order, this becomes contractual upon your receipt of our confirmation email immediately following your purchase.
When placing an order, we require certain information from you in order to complete a transaction, such as personal, banking and address details. These details should be accurate. They will never be moved on or used in any way other than to satisfy your purchase agreement with Bannaventa Ltd.
Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom are subject to their relevant local laws and taxes and are personally wholly responsible.
Bannaventa reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice, mainly due to fluctuating wholesale costs and carriage pricing.
All subscription prices quoted include VAT.
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Any orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be entitled to a full refund. If for any reason Bannaventa should need to cancel an order then you will be entitled to a full refund.
To cancel your agreement please notify us immediately via the email address at the bottom of this page.
To return any goods please email us prior to returning the goods. We do not pay for carriage or packaging for the return of goods.
No persons under the age of 18 should be using this website without the suitable permission from an appropriate adult.
Bannaventa will notify you via email upon dispatch of your purchased items and will supply an appropriate estimated time of arrival. If we do not receive communication regarding any issues within 24 hours of you receiving the goods, we shall assume zero issues and that you are happy with the goods.
If for whatever reason your goods arrive and are different to the ones ordered, please email us immediately (within 30 days) and we shall endeavour to correct any issues as soon as possible. Refunds will be initiated upon our receipt of incorrect items.
By law you have a 14 day cooling off period should you decide to change your mind regarding any orders placed and potentially ending your contract with us.
Bannaventa reserves the right to execute caution when receiving returned goods due to the lifespan and nature of the product.
Bannaventa accepts no liability for indirect damage or loss to products.
During overly busy or public holiday periods we may extend our communication period up to 10 working days from initial contact by either party.
