Buying Guide
It’s important to measure both the width across the back of the sofa and the depth from the back of the sofa, to the front. A tip for making sure that your sofa will fit into your allocated space is to cut out the shape of your sofa from card or paper and place it on the floor in the room. This will allow you to check that you have enough space to walk around it with ease and that you’ve left enough room for shelves, radiators and other pieces of furniture, as well as the opening of cupboards, doors and windows. Finally, check the dimensions of any doors and stairways the sofa will have to pass through on delivery. If access is limited, you may need to opt for a low-back style, one with removable legs or even a modular design that can be delivered in sections. Or if you have a small room, consider a two-seater or a snuggler.
Delivery
Our sofas take 4-6 weeks to journey through the manufacturing process to arrive at your property. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date and we will keep you informed. Our experienced crew will be on time as agreed, will thoroughly assess your property and relevant access points, will install the goods in your room of choice and remove & recycle all sofa packaging if requested to do so. Our garden seating also takes around 4 weeks from initial order to delivery. We will place your goods in your garden left in minimal wrapping.
Removal & Recycling
Any collection of your old sofas or garden seating will be like for like. Your delivery crew will initially assess your property access prior to removing your old items and subsequently placing your new order in your room of choice or in your garden subject to order.
