Refund & Returns
Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our product:

 

We exercise a 30 day returns policy however, after 30 days from the date of purchase we are unable to offer refunds.

To qualify for a refund or to return any goods, they should be in good condition and in the original packaging.  We shall inspect the returned goods and notify you via email of any refund due and when to expect the funds.

We are unable to provide refunds if the parcel is misplaced or lost by the carrier.  In such circumstances the carrier is liable for a claim if necessary.

To exchange a faulty item or to report goods as damaged please email us immediately including any photographic evidence.

 

Delivery costs pertaining to returned items shall be payable by the customer
